Restaurant Matador in Potsdam

We were there on the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately the food was so over-salted that we let the carbonara go back. What was very friendly that we got a salad dish in return. Unfortunately this was torture too. A snack bar is more delicious.

Fast, attentive service. Delicious food and drinks.

The staff is very friendly. What I personally missed is asking if everything is ok after the meal was served. The steak was cooked to the point, the fries were too pale for that. It was a drag on the place.

The price was good, the attention good.. the environment was so romantic and elegant..

The restaurant is recommended. The dishes were good to very good, but by prawns I mean something else. These were really very mini. Drinks good and cheap. What impressed me the most was the staff. Seldom experienced such friendly service. The masks were always worn, which unfortunately cannot be said of some of the guests. We went to the restaurant several times during our stay and were always satisfied.

The meat - (rump steak supposedly from Argentina) was of poor quality, totally overpriced and lukewarm. My complaint was not dealt with.

Recommendation! My steak was exactly how I wanted it. Not every restaurant can do it! The prices are perfectly okay for the meat quality. Nice ambience and friendly service. The next time I'll treat myself to a burger, because they looked great too.

The restaurant has a nice outdoor terrace and continues inside with a very nice environment, we ate good food. The service was not very precise and professional, otherwise everything was ok!

Perfect location. Staff friendly. Food very good. The bruschettas are delicious. The meat was always perfectly prepared. Our children love the kid's steak with fries. This restaurant is our first address in Potsdam. Always great. You should reserve in good time.

A little "undefined" menu for my taste... (A mix between Argentinian, Spanish and Mexican) More for tourists without higher expectations and desired for a steak.

Really busy place, its Spanish food just so everyone knows. Overall it food was nice, it has a very large outdoor sitting area. A lot of tourists here.

The ribs I had was amazing. For the price, the quantity is pretty generous. The staff were really nice and friendly. The location and the open space provide a nice view to the location. Will visit this place again, if ever go to Postdam. Double thumbs up!!

Sit outside and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Brandenburger with a view of the Brandenburg Gate and on all other days you can sit inside comfortably. Very good location in the old downtown of Potsdam with a nice terrace in the front overlooking the square. Food fine to good but not outstanding. Service very promptly and friendly.

We had a table outside, service was excellent and food delicious. We enjoyed people watching with extra drinks. It's our 2nd visit to Berlin from Sussex UK.
